The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services requires a Contractor to provide all labor equipment and materials essential to provide scheduled maintenance (inspection, testing, and repairs) of two (2) CREST Condensing Boiler in order to give maximum assurance that equipment will operate reliably, effectively and safely. The Contractor is to provide a thorough examination and any necessary repair, replacement and/or installation of equipment components for the (2) CREST Condensing Boiler. Cal OES' waiver of any immaterial deviation or defect will in no way modify the IFB documents or excuse the contractor from full compliance with the IFB specification, if awarded the contract.
