Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Repair of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system for the DoD Fire Training Academy (B3453) along with incidental repairs to electrical, fire alarm, and architectural systems as well as commissioning of the systems to ensure a complete and usable facility. The Contractor shall not use PEX for hydronic piping per UFC 3-410-01. Building systems and elements to remain must be protected from dust and damage throughout the execution of the construction. Performing all demolition, construction, & alterations required to successfully complete this project. Responsible for ensuring all major systems including, but not limited to, Civil, Environmental, Fire, Structural, Plumbing, & Electrical systems are complete and functional. Please consolidate any questions resulting from this FOPR, related to the SOW or site visit; and submit them in writing by 1:00 PM (CDT), 27 June 2024
