Reference Number 0000359130 the construction of the Realignment of E. Thompson Street This project consists of but is not limited to the realignment of E. Thompson Street which includes adjustment of the greenway, thermoplastic pavement markings, drainage adjustments, as well as curb ramp installation. Bidders must be properly licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Federally Funded - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Bid shall be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the Project title, Bid number, the name and address of the Bidder and its license number, if applicable. Bid shall be accompanied by Bid security and other required documents. *The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all Bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
