Reference Number 0000355271 The County of Kane is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced vendors for the 2024 - 2028 Sidewalk Cutting Program for the Mill Creek Special Service Area District (SSA) of Mill Creek Subdivision located in Geneva, IL. This is a Prevailing Wage Rate project and requires compliance with the Kane County Responsible Bidder Ordinance for public work. The project is located at various sidewalk locations within the Mill Creek SSA, in unincorporated Kane County, Illinois. A map of Mill Creek can be found at online. The Contractor shall provide unit prices for each year in the potential 5-year period of the contract. The County has the right to end the contract at any time without additional compensation. The Contractor will be paid for all services rendered prior to the end of the contract.
