For the Construction of: 2024 G.O. Bond Issue Paving Improvements Project No. Pc-2401 6600, 6700, & 6800 Blocks of East Grand Boulevard Bidders Shall Be Pre-qualified in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. All Bids Shall Remain on File at Least Forty-eight (48) Hours Thereafter Before a Contract Shall Be Made and Entered Into Thereon. Additional Information is Contained In the Bidding Documents. Bidders Must Carefully Read the Bidding Documents (and Addenda, if Any) Prior To Bidding This Project. Scope Prior to commencing work, and after completion, the Contractor shall have a continuous color audio-video DVD recording the entire project to serve as a record of preconstruction conditions, and final conditions. The work herein contemplated consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary and required for the complete installation of street paving and appurtenances. This will include but is not limited to the following major items.
