Reference Number 0000272320 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide "as and when required" snow and ice removal services at St-Jean and Farnham Garrisons (Qc). The SOA will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 180,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $60,000.00 for each additional period. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 25,000.00. Defence Construction Canada may accept any tender, whether it is the highest score or not, or may reject any or all tenders. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
