Site work for a water / sewer project in Overland Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes 10 pipes and 11 structures. Six pipes and seven structures are fully in Shawnee and two pipes cross the city limit line. Two pipes and three structures are fully in Overland Park. The project has a duration of 120 days from Notice to Proceed to reach the final competition date, including the punch list items. In the event that a site is completed outside of the respective season for sod and/or planting, the restoration shall be deferred to the next sod and/or planting season and completed within the respective season. The Owner anticipates the Notice to Proceed will be issued on approximately the week on August 19th, 2024. Each Bidder shall provide with their Bid a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check, in an amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The Contract will be awarded by the Governing Body of the Owner at the complete and sole discretion of such Governing Body. Question Deadline 06/24/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer via the questions and response module in e-Builder
