Reference Number 0000357111 The purpose of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to solicit qualified contractors to provide labor and material for residential Mechanical (HVAC) projects for the Macomb County Housing Services department. All work is to be performed according to the minimum standards set forth by the United States Department of Energy, Housing and Urban Development, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, The County of Macomb, and Macomb Community Action. Question Deadline 07/15/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required TERM OF CONTRACT The Contract will be for a minimum of two (2) years. RENEWAL The proposed agreement may be renewed for a one (1) year extension provided that by at least 45 days prior to end of the contract both parties agree to an extension under the same terms and conditions as exist in the current contract. *Macomb County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein or accept any Proposal it may deem in the best interest of the County. Note: Past experience and performance may be a factor in making an award.
