The park site includes a 7.5-acre area and extends east from Ruckriegal Parkway through the former Water Treatment site to Chenoweth Run. Full construction of the park is being completed in multiple bid packages. Base Bid: Construction of the west edge parking area, the stage apron, the amphitheater plaza behind the building, performance lawn, sidewalks, site walls, paver areas, site electrical, demolition and construction of Old Taylorsville Road, and irrigation. Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and specifications, including cleanup and disposal of all materials.
