All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the Base Bid and all alternates, and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check or Bid Bond written by a surety or insurance company complying with R.S. 38:2218 C. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of Building Construction. The scope of work includes constructing two (2) new toilets/shower rooms, new kitchen equipment installation of new mechanical system, duct work, vents, grilles, PTAC units; installation of new plumbing fixtures. The scope of work includes removal of the remnants of the existing mechanical system and installation of new HVAC units, duct work, grilles, vents, etc. for a completely new HVAC system The Bidder shall agree to fully complete the contract within (365) consecutive calendar days
