Site work and new construction of an educational facility in New Bloomfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
As of July 30, 2024, project was awarded to Prost Builders, Inc., but the awarded amount is not available. This Project Consists of the ground up construction of a new CMU/Wood framed Concession stand and Press box, adding a new ADA accessible bleacher section, Track Sports lighting package, track resurfacing and improvements, and two separate Alternates for improvements to the Softball field and track. The School District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals ,or to advertise for new submittals if deemed necessary. The project will be tax exempt and use Wage Order 31 for prevailing wage rates. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 7-8-2024.
