Water and Sanitary Modelling The scope of services includes utility modelling analysis for development projects to accommodate current and projected population scenarios. The study areas will involve various parcels of land within the City of Delta. The main objectives of each site servicing report will be to: a) Assess whether there is adequate water and sanitary capacity within the existing municipal system to accommodate the proposed development. b) Determine the scope and extent of water and/or sanitary upgrades needed to address capacity deficiencies (if applicable). c) Estimate the costs associated with any necessary utility upgrades identified in (b) above.
