Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Coloma, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.
The proposed work includes the construction of a 101 ft long NU43 girder bridge with HP 12x53 piles and bolt on Wbeam rail, and other required appurtenances. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The DBE goal for this project is 5%. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids The Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder who provides the lowest price complying with the Conditions of the Contract Documents within the Owner's budget.
