It is the COUNTY's intent to select the best overall bid for this contract. It is the COUNTY's intent to select the best overall bid for this contract. The COUNTY shall qualify one (1) vendor for the award. 1.1.2. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, licensing, equipment, permitting, and other components necessary to provide full-service requirements of the Agreement. All drawings, load calculations, and similar materials necessary for permitting, documentation, and execution of the work shall be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Florida. Said materials shall be furnished by CONTRACTOR. 1.1.3. The CONTRACTOR will be required to attend an in-person pre-bid meeting at the Marion Oaks Water Treatment Plant #6 prior to providing a quote. Additional visits may be requested so the CONTRACTOR bidding the project has a thorough understanding of the scope.
