The estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. See the attached Request for Offers (RFO) package for details. A one-time site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Site visit attendees will meet with Mr. Jason Wong at the Oakland ARTCC Guard Station located at 5125 Central Ave., Fremont, CA. 94536. Please have valid picture identification ready for inspection upon arrival. Site visit attendees shall pre-announce their intent to inspect the site no later than noon Pacific Time on Friday, June 21, 2024. Prospective offerors shall email the names of all site visit attendees to mark.salum@faa.gov.
