Scope Replace two (2) 530,000 Gallon Ground Storage Tanks at the Brookshire WTP, backfilling existing backwash settling pond and replacing associated yard piping, valves, fittings and appurtenances. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimate: $1,750,000 - $2,000,000. The successful Bidder, or Bidders, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of the contract written by a responsible surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas and satisfactory to the Owner A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of _5%_ percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions.
