Prequalified Firms only for Clayton County Public Schools Riverdale Early Learning Center located at 6630 Camp Street, Riverdale, GA 30296. The proposed scope of work consists of but is not limited to: The new construction 500 capacity pre-kindergarten facility will include a 2 story Administration wing that will contain offices and conference rooms. 4 classroom pods that will consist of 6 classrooms and a collaboration space. A media center, STEM lab, play, art and music rooms, a fully functional kitchen and cafeteria. Onsite parking, bus and parent drop-offs. Outdoor playgrounds and lawn learning areas. All rights of way and easements anticipated for the Project have not been obtained. Required rights of way or easements are anticipated to be ready for issue upon General Contractors executed Contract. The Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis by base bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after Bid opening, except as otherwise expressly provided by applicable law. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
