This Project involves the resurfacing of various roadways within the Township of Woolwich including Maintenance Paving (MP), Surface Asphalt (SA), and Parking Lot Resurfacing program works. The following information provides a brief description of resurfacing parameters and the locations of the program works. Maintenance Paving - Glasgow Street South (730m North of Millennium Boulevard to 930m North of Millennium Boulevard) This project includes pulverization of the existing asphalt, fine grading and compaction of road base, asphalt paving, installation of guide rail, shouldering, pavement marking and restoration. Surface Asphalt Industrial Drive (South Field Drive to First Street East) This project includes removal of temporary asphalt curbs and installation of concrete curbs at catch basin locations, removal/milling of temporary asphalt ramps at sidewalks and joints, adjustment of water valves, maintenance holes, and catch basins to match surface asphalt elevation, sweeping/cleaning of the existing roadway, application of tack coat, surface asphalt paving, pavement markings and restoration. Parking Lot Reconstruction - 69 Union Street (Township of Woolwich Elmira Operations Yard) This project includes asphalt and concrete removal, granular base and earth excavation, placement of granular A, fine grading and compaction of granular base, installation of catch basins and leads, concrete curb, asphalt paving including tack coat, pavement markings and restoration. Parking Lot Resurfacing - 125 Howard Avenue (Township of Woolwich Elmira Operations Lower Yard) This project includes asphalt removal, granular base excavation, placement of granular A, fine grading and compaction of granular base, and asphalt paving including tack coat.
