Scope The work for Water Plant No. 1 - Phase 1 includes construction of one (1) gravel packed well with foundation; one (1) bolted steel ground storage tank with foundation; one (1) hydropnuematic tank including foundation; three (3) horizontal split case booster pumps with foundations; one (1) diesel generator with sound attenuated enclosure and ATS, 24 hour subbase fuel tank, and foundation; pre-engineered canopy; two (2) fiberglass reinforced plastic chemical feed buildings with foundation; disinfection equipment with chemical injection lines; plant piping; electrical, instruments, and control work including services; protective coatings; concrete pavement, driveway and sidewalks; wooden fence and gate; grading, drainage, and drainage swales; hydro-mulch; and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for a completely function water plant and water well.
