Description

Renovation of a detention facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

Bexar County Facilities Management (BCFM) is seeking competitive bids from vendors for 339 PWT by Sloan, Retrofit Model 8603 ESM, 1.6 gpf flush valves, including the supplied flex tube diaphragm kit, gaskets, and regulators. Detailed specifications for the flush vales can be found in Exhibit A of the solicitation on the Bexar County Supplier Portal. Scope of work is expected to be completed in multiple stages/deliveries. Stages will consist of 150 toilet flush valves delivered every 3 months once notice to proceed is submitted. This ensures there will be adequate storage for the equipment in the facility. After award of contract, vendor will be required to submit a detailed schedule of the stages/delivery schedule for the completion of the project. Plan must include specific date and approximate time of each delivery for equipment for the project. Confirmation of upcoming delivery, to include a 2-hour window of time of expected arrival, is to be provided no less than 72 hours prior to the delivery date.
