This qualification notice does not include the preparation of construction plans and specifications or services during the construction work. Thus, in order to meet this need, the CISSS de la Monteregie-Est is qualifying firms that can offer professional services in architecture, and/or real estate planning for three (3) years, all in accordance with the mechanism provided for in Chapter V of the Regulation respecting service contracts of public bodies. This recall is the last, the validity of this qualification notice ends on June 2, 2025 DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF THE MANDATE This qualification notice aims to select professional firms in architecture and/or real estate planning. These are the professional services required for pre-project assistance in the development of the real estate analysis, its feasibility, costs, etc. Attached is a non-exclusive list of items deliverable by the firm. For the purposes of this mandate, the professional services provided by the firm are classified as follows: 1.4.1. Feasibility study, real estate analysis, PFT These services include, among others and without limitation, the following elements: a) Working meetings with the internal team, as well as with customers; b) Getting to know the places targeted by the analysis; c) Taking surveys of existing components; d) Preparation of the PFT; e) Preparation of the table of required areas; f) Real estate feasibility analysis as well as related options; g) Preparation of sketches, sketches, tables and renderings in relation to the existing situation and the options proposed; h) Preparation of a budgetary assessment; i) Preparation of a preliminary schedule; j) Report of the various meetings; k) Issuance of a work plan; l) Issuance of a preliminary report; m) Issuance of a final report. The proposals will be analyzed by a selection committee which will evaluate the proposals at the quality level for the criteria detailed in the submission form, the evaluation grid included in the documents published for this notice of qualification. The fee rates that will be invoiced following the award of contracts to qualified firms must comply with Decree 2402-84 "Fee rates for professional services provided to the government by architects".
