This Request for Expression of Interest process is intended to solicit responses from General Contractors interested in bidding for the construction of the Batchewana Elders Lodge a 73,000sf, 96 Bed Single-Storey Long-Term Care Home in Batchewana First Nation, Batchewana, Ontario. The building will be of non-combustible construction complete with structural steel superstructure, metal stud wall and truss framing, masonry veneer and steel siding veneer cladding. The building will feature extensive landscaping throughout the selected site. The site has not been cleared, however, is development ready. This request for Interest is intended to solicit responses from General Contractors interested in bidding for the construction of the Batchewana Elders Lodge. Interested General Contractors must meet the requirements outlined below. The successful applicants will be invited to bid when the project is issued for bids on or around August 2024. Est.
