Renovation of an educational facility in Amsterdam, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This work is to be bid under a MULTIPLE CONTRACT system covering the work of all trades under separate contracts as follows Contract No. 2 - Electrical The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities Work under this Contract may generally be described to include, but not be limited to the following: All removal and disposal of existing building features and components as scheduled or required for execution of the work. Exception: removal & disposal of existing safety wall padding and telescoping bleachers by Owner. Procurement and general requirements; temporary facilities and controls; minor demolition; cast underlayment; rough carpentry; thermal and moisture protection (firestopping & joint sealers); finishes (wood strip flooring, paints & coatings); and all other work and related materials as detailed in the Contract Drawings, as described in the Contract Specifications, and as needed for a complete and proper project. New safety wall padding and telescoping bleachers to be provided by Owner. New scoreboards and shot clocks to be furnished by Owner and installed by General Contractor. Removal & disposal of existing scoreboards and shot clocks by General Contractor. All electrical provisions (disconnects, removals, disposal, new wiring, etc.) for telescoping bleachers, scoreboards and shot clocks by Electrical Contractor.
