Contractor shall furnish and provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete and operable system(s), turn key ready in accordance with this section of the specifications, documents, and industry codes and standards. Remove and haul-off site two (2) existing air conditioning (AC) units, known as "Blazer Units", along with associated piping, insulation, mechanical, electrical and control components, and all related features associated with equipment on the 2nd floor of WSSC Water - Richard G. Hocevar Building The contractor shall furnish and provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete and operable system(s), turnkey ready in accordance with the specifications, industry codes and standards. Units scheduled for replacement: Two (2) Units on the 2nd Floor, East and West Sides The existing 404ESW Blazer Units shall be replaced with 30 Ton EZ-Fit Water-Cooled Air Conditioners manufacturer by United Cool Air Corporation.
