Renovation of a mixed-use development in Eddyville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and water / sewer project.
Removal of existing sludge collector system and components for two clarifiers and install new sludge collector system for two clarifiers. ALL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS SHALL BE EMAILED TO THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, installation and assembly, hardware, supports and appurtenances required to furnish, install and place in satisfactory operation the chain and flight system for the rectangular clarifiers as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. B. Scope of supply shall consist of two (2) tank(s), with each tank containing: 1. One (1) Longitudinal Collector mechanism(s) approximately 51 feet long x 8 feet wide x 12 feet deep., 4-shaft system. 1.02 QUALITY ASSURANCE A. MANUFACTURER'S EXPERIENCE 1. All equipment shall be furnished by manufacturers with at least fifteen (15) years' experience in the manufacture and design of chain and flight rectangular clarifier systems and components as specified. 2. Manufacturer shall furnish evidence that they have at least thirty (30) separate installations using non-metallic head shafts as specified herein that have been operating successfully for over ten (10) years. 3. Manufacturer shall be ISO 9001:2015 certified
