This Contract will be an Eastern regional contract that includes Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns counties within District 2. Perform Lighting Repair and Replacement Operations pursuant to the terms of this Contract and at the direction of the Department. The Contractor Shall Provide a Letter to the Department at the Time of Bid, From a Surety Authorized to Do Business in the State of Florida, Verifying the Contractor is Bondable in the State of Florida. For the Purposed of This Contract, the Dollar Amount is Established at $500,000.00. Awarded Contractor Must Execute Documents Within Five (5) Calendar Days, Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and State Holidays With General Liability and Workers Comp Insurance.
