WORK DESCRIPTION: The Work under this contract includes This project includes park sport court improvements, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork and curbs, fence install, storm sewer pipe, striping, landscaping, and other appurtenant work. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. AWARD: The City of Salem ("City") reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days.
