Saving Project...

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The Work consists of renovation within the existing facility to be completed in two phases. The first phase will create an environmental services space in the lower level including a new service sink and enclosing the existing mechanical equipment and adding a bottle filler water fountain. On the second level an existing file storage space and copy room will be renovated into 4 office spaces and a touch down space. The breakroom will be updated and a bottle filler water fountain will be added. The second phase will address the work on the main level including updating a coffee alcove, and providing updated reception space. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the Owner. The successful bidder shall warrant and guarantee work for two years and shall furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract. Bonds shall remain in effect until two years after date of final payment. Project work is to begin July 2024.
