Bethany Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for a high school finishing kitchen. Bethany Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids as deemed in its best interest. RFP Question Cut Off Date/Time 07/15/2024 2:00 PM Direct any questions concerning this invitation to bid to Michael Mondt at mmondt@bethanyschools.com This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified companies to provide turn key services for a finishing kitchen. The selected contractor will be required to assume total responsibility for all services offered in this proposal. The selected contractor will be considered the prime contractor and the sole point of contact with regard to all contractual matters. 1. The contractor will provide turn key services for a finishing kitchen in the Bethany Public School High School. This includes all necessary work and management related to the items in the table below. The final deliverable shall be a code compliant, inspection passed full service preparation kitchen. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified companies to provide turn key services for a finishing kitchen. The selected contractor will be required to assume total responsibility for all services offered in this proposal. The selected contractor will be considered the prime contractor and the sole point of contact with regard to all contractual matters. 2. The successful contractor must be a corporate entity, fully staffed, competent organization with a minimum of 10 years of experience and proven capabilities in the installation of the finishing kitchen. 3. The contractor must provide three (3) references of projects of similar size and scope to this RFP. Include full name, address, phone number and e-mail address of contact. 4. The contractor must maintain a fully staffed office that is within 50 miles or less of the District. 5. All equipment, parts, materials, etc. supplied are to be new and of current design compatible with existing components and the latest model of regular stock product. Such parts are in production and are not likely to be discontinued. Parts are to be installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications and must possess a factory warranty. Upon request from the Director of Facilities, the contractor must furnish a copy of the manufacturers specifications. Equipment and parts shall have a minimum five (5) year manufacturers warranty.
