Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Granbury, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
** As of August 6, 2024 this project has been awarded to PaveCon with an amount of $69,644.62.** Scope of Work Notes: A. Existing pavement section is assumed to be 3" HMAC on 8" aggregate base. B. Work to be performed includes: 1. Mill/pulverize to assumed depth of existing pavement section in areas shown. 2. Thickness and Depth of stabilized material shall match those assumed for existing aggregate base. Remove access material. 3. Place 3" HMAC surface course to match assumed existing HMAC depth C. Approximate limits of work are shown on attached exhibit. Exact limits to be determined in the field. D. All materials and work shall be per "Texas Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets, and Bridges. E. Pavement areas to be rehabilitated may be increased or decreased to fit within the project budget. Specific information regarding this bid shall be requested from Purchasing Manager at 817-573-7030 or crussell@granbury.org. Any Bids received after the closing date and hour will not be accepted and will not be returned. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or bids and to waive any formality in connection therewith. Question Submission Deadline June 24, 2024, 2:00pm
