The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, is soliciting bids for multi-prime renovations to Brighton Heights Senior Center. The Brighton Heights Senior Center was completed around 1930 and was originally built as a residence for elderly women.
