Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sprague, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission reserve the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any or all informalities or irregularities. For Owners record, submit copies of permits, licenses, certifications, inspection reports, releases, jurisdictional settlements, notices, receipts for fee payments, judgments, correspondence, records, and similar documents established for compliance with standards and regulations bearing on performance of the Work. The Work in this Project is to add 21 new 50 amp RV camping pads, including 2 ADA camping pads The work is required to be complete and ready for final payment by May 15, 2025 The Bidder shall furnish the required 100% Performance and 100% Labor and Material Payment Bonds to the Commission not later than the date of execution of the Contract. In accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. § 72-803 (4), bidder's proposal shall be submitted on a form supplied with the Bidding Documents and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total Bid, made payable to the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission as Bid security Project Location: Cheyenne SRA, in Hall County, Nebraska.
