Description: Removal and disposal of the asbestos from the building at 509 Lincoln Avenue, Rochelle, IL 61068. This project involves the removal and replacement of lighting fixtures in the aquatic center at the Perinton Community Center, 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport. This facility is open 7 days a week and is a community hub featuring three separate bodies of water. All details are included General. The Work to be performed consists of furnishing labor, materials, equipment, andsupervisionasrequired by the Contract Documents for asbestos abatement at 509 Lincoln AvenueinRochelle, ILwhichincludes removal, clean-up and disposal of asbestos waste materials as well as providing the necessary containment facilities and protection equipment together with all accessory equipment associated with the abatement project including the relocation of furnishings and furniture, materials, equipment, etc. necessary to perform the Work. B. Asbestos-Containing Materials. The following asbestos-containing materials are known to be present at the worksite. If any other materials are found, which are suspected of containing asbestos, the Contractor shall notify immediately Owner's Representative.
