Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Whitmore Lake, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Hamburg Township is seeking proposals topulverize or remove the existing parking lot (approximately 42,000 sq. ft.) in East Bennett Park, install the appropriate base and install 4" of new asphalt. Also, the removal of roughly 3,000 sq. ft. of asphalt in West Bennett Park and the addition of a new 9,000 sq. ft. section of 4" asphalt parking with the appropriate base. Both parking lots to be striped upon completion. See Appendix A for more detail. 2.0 Scope of Work o It shall be the contractors responsibility to site verify actual conditions prior to submitting a bid. o Contractor shall purchase and provide all required permits. o Contractor shall follow all trade safety requirement and shall take extra precautions to ensure public safety.
