The Owner has identified a list of identified pre-construction managers. The Scope of Work includes Pre-construction Services and Construction Management Services for the fMRI installation at the Science and Engineering Building (SEB) on the UNLV Maryland Campus at 4305 S. Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV. The Project will include, but not be limited to, the complete fit out of the fMRI suite and the fMRI chamber in room 1235 in SEB. The total square footage is 2,100 sf. The fMRI unit and its installation are not within the Scope of Work for this project and are being handled by a third party. UNLV seeks an experienced and qualified Nevada-licensed general contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") to provide the services for its Complete Fit Out of the fMRI Suite and Chamber in the Science and Engineering Building (SEB).
