This is a request for loose fire equipment to include fire hose, tools, nozzles, adapters, and valves to be utilized to outfit two tankers. The hose will be Key Fire Hose, the adapters and valves will be either Task Force Tips or Kochek. Question Deadline 06/20/2024 at 11:00 AM ET All questions should be emailed to Keith Jenkins Kjenkins@fcva.us. The Offeror assigns to the County any and all rights that it may have under the antitrust laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia in any way arising from or pertaining to the Quote. This provision is remedial in nature and is to be liberally construed by any court in favor of the County.
