Reference Number 0000355549 Upgrades to the existing Clinton Township Civic Center building's HVAC system are specifically defined in the plans, details and specifications accompanying this Request for Proposals. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % -- A certified check, bank draft, or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to Clinton Township, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount, shall be submitted with each bid. BONDS AND INSURANCE The accepted bidder shall be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bond of 100% for two years of the Final Contract Price.
