The City of Henry is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the provision of utility supplies as specified below. This bid invitation is for the procurement of materials needed for water line maintenance and upgrades within the city. Interested contractors are invited to submit their bids in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in this invitation. Scope of Work: The scope of work includes the supply and delivery of the following materials: - 1300 Feet of Class 200 6" Pipe - 3 of 6" x 6" x 6" Duct Iron Tees - 4 of 6" Duct Iron Fire Plug Coupling - 3 of 6" Iron Valves - 5 of 6" Grip Ring Packs - 2 of 6" x 7.5" Full Circle Clamps - 1 of Saddle 6" x 1" - 1 of 1" Corp Stop - 10 of 6" x 3/4" Saddles - 10 of 3/4" Corp Stop - 30 of 3/4" Residential Meters - 30 of 3/4" Meter Lock Valves - 1 Roll of 3/4" Ply Pipe - Black 300' - 1 Roll of 1" Ply Pipe - Black 100' Bid Requirements: 1. Bid Price: Bids must include unit prices for each item and a total price for all materials. 2. Delivery Schedule: Bidders must provide an estimated delivery schedule for the materials. 3. Compliance: All materials must comply with industry standards and specifications as detailed in the bid packet.
