Contractor is to supply pricing for each roof individually as funds budgeted may not be sufficient to replace all buildings. Proposal shall include all necessary and incidental materials and labor for completion of items outlined. Contractor may provide alternative materials with equivalent documentation. Tear off and disposal of all existing asphalt shingles for all three buildings Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of removed shingle material. All debris removal must be taken to an approved building materials receiving station and proof of delivery provided to the City. The contractor shall replace any damaged wood structural framing and sheathing components necessary. All sheathing replacement cost must be provided at a per square foot price and needs to include removal and installation. Contractor shall Install Ice & Water Shield 6 feet up eaves edges and around roof penetrations. Contractor shall install new code approved underlayment and ice guard. Contractor shall replace all roof trim. All materials to be installed per manufactures recommendations. Installation of all roofing materials will follow State and Local code building requirements. Contractor shall replace all flashing and vent boot flashing. Contractor shall install applicable roof vents. Roof vents are needed on the Water Plant Roof Building. Once project has begun contractor is required to finish project in its entirety. Contractor will work on placement of dumpster(s) with Public Works representative as to not interfere with daily operations. When job is complete, work area to be cleaned of all nails and debris and inspected by Public Works representative before payment will be issued.
