Renovation of an educational facility in New Whiteland, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of August 20, 2024, vertical construction has commenced. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under one or more prime contracts with the Owner based on bids received and on combinations awarded. The Construction Manager will manage the construction of the Project. This is for the purchase and delivery of HVAC Equipment only. o Sitework, Underground Detention, New Parking Lots, and New Tennis Courts. o Construct a new east drive, band practice lot,student parking lot, and tennis courts WAGE SCALE: Wage Scale does not apply to this project. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contracts. Question Deadline 06/28/2024 Questions for this Project shall be directed to the Construction Manager and the Architect. Prospective Bidders in doubt as to the true meaning of a part of the Drawings, Specifications, or other Contract Documents shall submit to the Construction Manager and the Architect, not less than ten (10) days before the date of the bid, a written request for interpretation and clarification. Contractors submitting bids for the performance of any Work as specified in this building Project should make such Bids to Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation. Contractors are advised that the Contract as finally entered into with any successful Bidder may be entered into with either the School Corporation or the Building Corporation or certain portions of the Contract may be entered into by both the School Corporation and the Building Corporation. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid (or combination of Bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days before awarding contracts. There is no actual construction for this project. It is however expected that the equipment needed is purchased and delivered no later than the end of 2024. *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources.
