The Project includes the following Work: Contract #1: General Demolition of an existing 5'-4" long section of damaged concrete block wall, to the foundation, and construction of a new reinforced concrete block masonry wall to match existing. The existing block wall extends approximately (20) courses above the finish floor elevation and has an integral 20"x16" concrete block pilaster. The work will also involve the design and installation of temporary shoring to support the existing roof trusses and overhead door lintel(s). The work will also require providing and installing a new overhead door and associated lintel, along with minor concrete slab repairs where the slab will need to be temporarily removed to accommodate installation of the new wall.
