Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Parkersburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; municipal facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Parkersburg is soliciting proposals for the replacement of the City's door lock system at our main building and outlying locations. Specifications The City has doors at several locations that will require secure card access (In this document, card access will be used for simplicity's sake. The proposed system may use key fobs, key cards, mobile credentials, etc. for access purposes. Please specify what methods of access would be available in the proposal.). The list of specifications are below: o Systems that would be hosted on premises at city main building are preferred; cloud hosted systems will be considered o System must allow for auditing of access of all connected doors o System should be able to be managed remotely o All doors should be hardwired and have battery backups o Some doors will require the use of a keypad for access o Door locks must support Bluetooth, NFC, BLE, or other comparable technology o System should support the use of a buzzer or intercom to allow for giving guests building access from external doors Below is a list of how many doors require locks and their corresponding locations: o Main Building--Thirty-three (33) doors o Fire Station 2--One (1) door o Fire Station 4--Two (2) doors o Fire Station 5--Two (2) doors o Fire Station 6--Two (2) doors o Fire Station 6 Training Center--Two (2) doors o Police Gym--One (1) door o Streets and Electrical--Two (2) doors o Sanitation--Four (4) doors o City Park--Two (2) doors Additionally, the City would like to incorporate the elevators into the card access system, if possible. The city is also interested in having panic buttons or similar technology installed at a number of service windows inside the city building. The panic buttons should send an alert to the Wood County 911 center with information about which terminal the call is originating from. Each proposal must include the following: Demonstrated experience in performing the specified services on the equipment listed above. All needed accessories, licenses, additional hardware, and installation costs should be included and itemized.
