As part of its Planned Development District (PDD) Agreement, the Stone Creek Residential Development on FM110 adjacent to the EHS campus will provide nearly three (3) acres of land to the City for a public park; the developers contribution will have parking spaces and outlets for a restroom facility and the City will be responsible for building a restroom building, playground with bonded rubber mulch surfacing and shade; service level enhancement for area residents and all park users; project supports the 2021-31 Parks, Recreation & Open Space Master Plan and is responsive to general community input. This project is included in the City's fy 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 25, 2025, further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been released. Funding has not been allocated. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
