The State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in Thurston County. Bidders are responsible to and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. The Effective Date tor this project is the Bid Proposal due date above. The applicable prevailing wage rates may be found online. A copy of the most current Prevailing Wage Rates can be viewed in the Owner's offices or the Owner will email a copy of any applicable wage rates upon written request. Voluntary numerical MWBE goals of 10% MBE and 8% WBE have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. However no minimum level of MWBE Participation shall be required as a condition of contract award. Bids will not be rejected or considered nonresponsive if they do not include MWBE Participation. The State reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
