The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS is issuing solicitation W912HZ24R0025 for the ERDC Mechanical Maintenance Services. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the successful offeror of this requirement. The period of performance will be a multiple year contract with one Base Year (12 months) with four Option Years plus one (1) six (6) months option. A site visit is scheduled for 09 July 2024 with a proposal due date on 18 July 2024. See attached solicitation for more details. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The designated NAICS Code 238220, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the proposal due date. You may register electronically at the SAM website, https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format.
