The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) invites experienced and qualified firms to submit their qualifications to provide the Sam Rayburn Tollway Continuous Illumination Design (the "Project") to NTTA in accordance with the terms of this RFQ. A firm that seeks to be awarded the contract (the "Contract") under this RFQ will be referred to as a Respondent. A submission made in response to this RFQ will be referred to as a Response. This RFQ includes the Scope of Work and other requirements for the Project that NTTA has determined are pertinent to the preparation of a Response. Engineering services to inventory existing electrical and illumination systems, and design plans for a new continuous high mast and roadside illumination system with associated electrical services for the full length of the SRT of the mainlanes, ramps, and interchanges from Denton Tap Rd to East of US 75. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The form of the Contract NTTA intends to utilize for this procurement is included with this RFQ. However, NTTA reserves the right to modify the attached form of the Contract as NTTA deems necessary or advisable for particular requirements of the Project.
