Amendment 01 - Changes to the SOW to remove the split screen requirement. Add a Photo of the space and Questtion and Answers document. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered. Any amendment(s) issued to this Request for Quote (RFQ) will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. No telephone requests. Scope. 12 FTW seeks an engineered solution which includes the installation of new LG Electronics Display, Part number: LAED015 171 Diagonal 1080p resolution with existing AV hardware/software already in place and shall integrate with existing GFE to create a complete turn-key package for sustainment and management of the teleconference room. Once completed, this installation will provide 12 FTW with the capability to daily monitor and liaise with subordinate elements within the Wing and mission partners, and support executive level teleconferencing, through various web-based virtual collaboration platforms, with end-point partners across the command, Air Force, academia, and industry. The installation will include installing vendor-provided equipment, on-site training for the user, and at least 1 initial year of AV technical support. The Wing CR is approximately 36 long x 22 wide with varying ceiling heights of 8 and 9. Ceiling consists of slightly under 2 x 2 drop tiles and recessed lighting. The Contractor shall complete the following tasks in support of this effort: Task 1.2: Remove existing audio-visual communications and presentation equipment Task 1.3: Procure and install new audio-visual equipment to support up-to-date video and telephone conferencing, including displays, controls, and supplemental hardware. Task 1.4: Provide cables, connectors, hardware, and all other installation hardware to provide for a complete and operational system. Task 1.5: Provide post-installation support and maintenance, including training.
