Renovation of a water / sewer project in Alliance, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work includes providing and installing a new, 60KW diesel generator at the existing Lift Station C. The work shall include all associated electrical work to make the generator compatible with the existing station. Questionsshall be submitted in writing or via email to the Engineer: Ericka Nienhueser, PE, LC, Farris Engineering, 844 11 th Avenue, Sidney, NE 69162 enienhueser@farris-usa.com, a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the bid date. Any questions received within seven (7) days of the bid date will not be addressed in an addendum, and the Bidder shall be responsible for bidding the most stringent condition Bond Notes: Bid security in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond of 5% of the bid is required and should be made payable to the City of Alliance, Nebraska. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project The Work will be substantially complete within 120 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run
