NAVFAC DB Sprinkler Replacement B307 at NSA-M, PA This is a Design-Build (DB) construction project to replace the aged and unreliable existing dry sprinkler system with a new dry sprinkler system in the entire building. The piping from the original dry system historically has lead paint on the pipe, which can be recycled without any additional cost. The scope of the work mandates this pipe is recycled. Asbestos transite board will removed and disposed of as non-friable asbestos.
