Renovation of a municipal facility in Monroe, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Mechanical Updates Related Work Project Replacing Low Pressure Steam Boiler. The contractor shall supply and install complete along with a factory authorized equipment start up, two (2) new high efficiency steam boilers as specified in the project plans. The work location is inside the Monroe County Courthouse, 125 East Second Street, 1st floor, Monroe, Michigan 48161. The County is prepared to commence the work as soon as a contract is awarded and a mutually agreeable schedule for the work is developed. The County of Monroe reserves the right to accept or to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities and to make an award that is determined by the County of Monroe to be in the best interest of the County.
